If you grew up in a Christian home you may have received your first Bible when you were a young child, or perhaps when you were a teenager. But did you know that there are Christians around the world who have never had access to God’s Word?
They are still waiting for their first Bible.
People like Yaofang. Yaofang is 74 years and lives in the mountains of China. She gave her heart to Jesus 40 years ago. But Yaofang still doesn’t have access to a Bible in her native language of Black Yi. That’s because under communist rule, Christianity was outlawed in China. Four million Black Yi speakers like Yaofang were left with no Bible. They wondered when God’s Word would become their own.
