Life is often full of grief and pain.
Maybe you feel the aches of living in an aging body. Or you might be facing the stress and fear of a major life decision. Maybe you are mourning the loss of someone you love.
Where is God when we are suffering?
The Bible tells us that God’s presence stretches to the farthest corners of the earth. Nothing escapes his sight, and no one suffers without his knowledge. But God does not only see our suffering. He walks through suffering with us. He draws near to us when we are in pain and promises to renew our hope, even in life’s most difficult moments.
Through times of sorrow and disappointment, God’s Word assures us that our heavenly Father is walking alongside of us every step of the way.
