152 MILLION SCRIPTURES DISTRIBUTED IN 2023!
The Bible Society global network distributed 152 million printed Biblical texts last year, raising the total distributed since 2014 to nearly 300 million Bibles, 107 million New Testaments, and 2.5 billion Scripture portions.
That means almost 3 billion Biblical texts have been placed into waiting hands and hearts worldwide over the last nine years! The hope of Scripture is being provided to a world in crisis, transforming lives and eternities.
Even in this increasingly digital age, it is clear that men, women, and children still want to have the Word of God in a physical format.
This accomplishment underscores the commitment of the Bible Society global network to make God’s Word accessible to diverse language communities across the globe — enabling millions more people around the world to have access to a Bible.
